The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has agreed to the proposal by the Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) to reschedule the AFC Cup East Zone Group J matches, originally scheduled for May 14 to 20, to June 23 to 29, 2021.

After close consultation with the HKFA, the decision was confirmed, taking into consideration the ongoing challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and to allow more time to ensure the optimal delivery of the matches.

All other conditions related to the AFC Cup East Zone Group J, which features Mongolia’s Athletic 220 FC, Hong Kong’s Eastern Long Lions and Lee Man as well as Chinese Taipei’s Tainan City FC, remain unchanged with the three match days now confirmed for June 23, 26 and 29, 2021.
